Topgolf opening new location in North Texas
GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas — A new Topgolf location is coming to North Texas. The entertainment venue with golf games will open next to a newly constructed Bass Pro Shop and Andretti’s Indoor Karting on State Highway 161 in the Epic Central Entertainment District. It’s expected to break ground this fall and open in 2025, according to Grand Prairie officials.

GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas - A Grand Prairie man is charged with intoxication manslaughter after his passenger died after a crash. Police say 19-year-old Armando Tovar, Jr. was driving Sunday morning around 2 a.m. when he tried to make a U-turn along the I-30 Service Road and Belt Line Road and crashed into a tree.
