Accoridng to the Chillicothe police department on 3/22/23 they were called to The Cozy Inn, 339 Western Ave. in reference to an intoxicated male. Literacy night is an after-school event where students were encouraged to come to the school with their guardians to showcase reading and writing skills. Two people were injured Monday after a car overturned and crashed into a home in Scioto County, and law enforcement says alcohol impairment is believed to have played a role. According to the Portsmouth Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the accident took place shortly after 11:30 a.m. Monday, March 20th as a 2005 Ford Taurus, operated by Sean E.
