California Highway Patrol issued a Sigalert on Highway 129 Thursday morning. Highway 129, also known as Riverside Drive, is closed in both directions between Murphy Crossing Road and Rogge Lane. According to CHP, a suspected drunk driver ran off the road and hit a utility pole. That crash brought down power lines across the lanes. CHP hopes to have the highway reopened by 1 p.m. Thursday afternoon.
