Williamstown Bridge to close Thursday for sign placement
MARIETTA — The Williamstown Bridge will be closed several hours Thursday as the Ohio Department of Transportation installs signage with the state’s new branding. Signs bearing the slogan “Ohio, The Heart of it All” are replacing older signs on Ohio’s borders. The tagline was previously used by the state between 1984 and 2001, and the reimagined brand was announced during Ohio Tourism Day on May 10, according to a release from ODOT.
