yes they need to cut their budget because like anything else. any other job would fire you if you talk or act the way these cops act today. just because they are out there chasing and dealing with the public they still need to be professional. these cops cause more then sailors and like anything else they have applied and volunteered to be a public servant so that was and is on them to follow the rules set forth in front of them. I know somewhere in there it tells them not to act or become worse then the ones they themselves call criminals.

Yes you all need to rethink how much you cut from their budget.... you all have the number too low and cut some more cause they're out here doing flagrant things so they obviously have to much money. Cut it 50% if they act right then maybe they can get that 50%back but not until they have made the nesseccary changes
