The Washington City Council approved the purchase of a new Wastewater Treatment Plant Vehicle at their meeting on Tuesday. Councilperson Fran Stigers made the motion, “I make the motion we approve the purchase of a vehicle for the water treatment plant, which would be a 2023 Ram 1500 Classic V6 for $42,900.” The purchase of this vehicle will be under budget for the Treatment Plant, which was set at $45,000.
