D.C. Police is investigating a shooting in Southeast Sunday evening.

Shortly after 5 p.m., the Metropolitan Police Department reported a shooting in the Unit block of Mississippi Avenue, SE. Police explained that a man was shot and is unconscious and not breathing as a result of the incident.

Authorities said to look out for a white Infinity sedan that was last seen traveling on Mississippi Avenue.
