43-Year-Old Man Dead In D.C. Shooting

WASHINGTON, D.C. – A man shot on March 17th in Southeast D.C. has died. The Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department is investigating the shooting.

Shortly after 2 pm, police arrived at Naylor Road and Southern Avenue to investigate a shooting report. At the location, police found 43-year-old Donte Tiller of D.C. inside a vehicle, suffering from a single gunshot wound. Tiller was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries.

The victim died at the hospital on Sunday.
