21-Year-Old Shot Multiple Times Dead In D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – A young man was shot to death in Southwest D.C. Thursday evening. The shooting happened at the Unit Block of Galveston Street.

Shortly after 7:30 pm, officers from the Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department arrived at the location to investigate a shooting report. Officers found 21-year-old Kristian Stewart of North Carolina suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Stewart was pronounced dead at the scene.
