Tonkon Torp’s Willes now foundation’s board secretary

Tonkon Torp partner Michael Willes has been elected secretary of the Virginia Garcia Memorial Foundation Board of Directors. The foundation provides fundraising and community relations support to Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center, ensuring the continuation of vital primary care, dental services and pharmacy services to more than 45,000 people in Washington and Yamhill counties. Willes is a member of Tonkon Torp’s Litigation Department. He represents clients in a broad range of business matters, including contract, trade-secret and securities litigation.
