WSCC: Registration open for summer career training courses
HANCEVILLE, Ala. – Registration is now open for summer career training courses offered through Wallace State Community College’s Center for Career and Workforce Development. These short-term programs are designed to provide essential skills and hands-on experience for career advancement, whether you are looking to enter a new field or upskill in a familiar one. The courses will be held at the Workforce Training Center located on the campus of REHAU and the registration fee is $75. Course offerings include Construction, Diesel Technology, Phlebotomy and Welding.

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ala. (WBRC) - A missing and endangered person alert has been issued for a 31-year-old. Kheana Bell, who now goes by Jayden Rozaieski, might be living with a condition that impairs their judgement. Jayden was last seen May 28, 2024 around 12 p.m. wearing a black shirt and light blue shorts in the area of Center Point.
