UPDATE: Walters Police confirm weekend shooting
WALTERS, Okla. (KSWO) - UPDATE: An officer with the Walters Police Department confirms with 7News that a shooting happened in Walters on Saturday, just before 1:30 in the morning.
The officer went on to say a man was shot in the leg, and another man admitted to police to shooting him.
The man, who was shot, was taken to a Lawton-area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
However, police say no arrests have been made, and the shooting is still under investigation.
