BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Feb. 25 - March 24.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Feb. 25

Casey McElligott, 38, of Glenburn, was arrested for theft by receiving stolen property, and two counts of violating a condition of release on Joy Road in Lincolnville.

March 7

Aaron Drew, 25, of Knox, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Flat Road in Knox.

March 16

Even Kenney, 36, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release and failure to sign a summons on Atlantic Highway in Lincolnville.

Mar 19

Carl A. Turcotte, 52, of Winterport, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Route 1A in Winterport.
