Third brother arrested in the murder of Wake County deputy
Authorities have charged a third brother in connection with the murder of a Wake County sheriff's deputy.

Deputy Ned Byrd was killed along a dark highway on Aug. 12, 2022.
Rolando Marin-Sotelo of Winston-Salem was charged with accessory after the fact to murder.
Marin-Sotelo has been detained and was issued a $1,000,000 bond.
His older brothers, Arturo Marin-Sotelo and Alder Marin-Sotelo, have already been charged with Byrd's murder.
Alder was recaptured after escaping the Piedmont Regional Jail in Farmville, Virginia and traveling to Mexico.
