Artizen by MW Backyard Bar-B-Que is Back!
HONOLULU (Island News) -- The popular Backyard BBQ at Artizen by MW returns to the Honolulu restaurant on Friday, May 24 and Saturday, May 25, 2024 from 11 am. - 7 pm. Chef and Co-owner, Michelle Karr-Ueoka talked about why she and her husband, Wade Ueoka wanted to start the Backyard BBQ, "It kind of started off about last month when we did our first backyard barbecue and that was kind of a play off of when we first opened MW we did burgers and shakes and people have been asking us about it. So, what we did is we turned it into like a backyard barbecue where Wade had a barbeque grill downstairs and we were grilling off the chili dogs and the burgers. And then we wanted to do something a little bit different this time and Wade loves seafood boil. So he wanted to add that component to it."
