UPDATE 5:48 p.m. - Honolulu Police have released new details regarding a stabbing in Waianae that left one man hospitalized.
Police say just before 1 p.m. on Imipono Street, the victim went to his ex-girlfriend's home uninvited. The woman then stabbed him twice in the back.
EMS says the 38-year-old man was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
Police arrested the 33-year-old woman for attempted murder.

WAIANAE, Hawaii (KITV4) -- A man is in serious condition following a reported stabbing in Waianae, Friday afternoon.
Crews with Honolulu Emergency Medical Services (EMS) responded to to the scene on Imipono Street around 1 p.m. Once there they found a 38-year-old man suffering from at least one stab wound.
The victim was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
So far there has been no information about a possible suspect or suspects in this incident.
