WACO, Texas (FOX 44) – The Waco Fire Department and its HazMat Team responded to the scene of an 18-wheeler leaking fuel early Monday afternoon.
The department says the accident occurred in the 3700 block of S. Jack Kultgen Expressway, on the northbound frontage road.
