Everhome Suites, an extended stay brand dedicated to providing guests with precisely what they need, has announced plans to open a new location in Waco, TX. The new four-story building will be located at S. Jack Kultgen Expwy in McLennan County and is expected to begin construction on May 31, 2023, with an estimated completion date of September 9, 2024. The estimated cost for the new construction is $12.6 million.
The 60,783 square-foot hotel will feature guestrooms, registration, and laundry facilities. Each suite will include a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, and more. The hotel will also feature free WiFi, 24/7 laundry facilities, and a fitness center with Peloton bikes.
