Waco tailor Roxana Robles makes prom dream come true for University High students
WACO, Texas (KWTX) - More than a dozen local high school girls enjoyed the prom of their dreams Saturday night thanks to a local tailor who customized prom dresses. Roxana Robles, owner of Couture Tailoring by Roxana Robles in Waco, collected dresses and tailored them to the vision of 15 girls at University High School, most which have never attended prom due to costs.
