Volusia County is getting ready to kick off a program to keep children fed through summer vacation. The Community Assistance Division is sponsoring the Summer Food Service Program (Summer BreakSpot) starting Monday and running through August 11.It provides free breakfast and lunch for children 18 and under, making sure they get healthy meals while schools are closed for summer.There are dozens of distribution sites across Volusia County.Find a list of libraries participating here.More distribution sites can be found on the Summer BreakSpot website.
