    Virginia Beach boy found with hypothermia after disappearing for second time

    UPDATE AS OF 8:20 A.M. THURSDAY, MARCH 28: Police say 9-year-old Collin Nice was safely located. Virginia Beach Police said they found Collin on Nestle Creek and Indian River Rd.

    They said he had been out in the elements for quite some time when he was found and had suffered some hypothermia.

    Police are looking for a missing Virginia Beach boy who hasn't been seen since late Monday night.

    Collin was last seen at around 9 p.m. on March 26, at his home in the 2700 block of Indian River Rd.

    Collin has been missing before, he was previously found in the dense wooded area behind his home.
