Baesler’s Cookout for CASA is back!

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — CASA will be back at Baesler’s Friday, June 2, for their annual ribeye cookout.

Volunteers will be selling the sandwiches for $10 a piece from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., to help raise proceeds for their back-to-school event in August.

CASA is also doing a special giveaway to kick off the summer. when you buy a ribeye sandwich, you automatically get an entry in the summer camping package. If you’re not hungry for a ribeye but want to get an entry, you can do so by just making a $1 donation to the program.

Director of Vigo County CASA Glenna Cheeseman said it’s a great way to learn about the program and meet the volunteers and staff.

“We are truly blessed by the community of Wabash Valley and all of the support that they give to us. So, this is just a fun time for us to be out with them,” Cheeseman said.

They will be announcing the winner at the end of the event on their Facebook page.
