Suspect in murder of New Iberia woman arrested in Ouachita Parish
WEST MONROE, La. (KLFY) — A suspect in the murder of Sheryl Turner, whose dismembered body was found in the Ouachita River in January has been arrested, authorities said. Anthony Pierce Holland, Jr., 29, of West Monroe, is charged with second degree murder and booked into the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Two people arrested, accused of stealing internet cable bringing down service to small Mississippi airport, FAA
Two people have been arrested for reportedly stealing internet cable in rural Mississippi, bringing down service to a local airport and the Federal Aviation Administration.
