On Saturday, June 10, some residents of Verona will gather to celebrate Saint Anthony with a procession and Italian food.
Participants will gather at 32 Hamilton Road at 4:30 p.m. and then, at 5 p.m., begin a procession of their statue of Saint Anthony around the neighborhood. When that is finished, they will sit down for a meal donated by Avenue Bistro.
The organizers say the community is welcome to attend the event, but that they should bring their own chair.
