ODESSA, Texas, Aug. 12, 2026 - Carollo Engineers has been selected to design and provide engineering services during construction for the new and improved Bob Derrington Water Reclamation Plant (BDWRP), to replace the aging facility. The selection builds on Carollo's prior work at the site, including a Condition Assessment and Facility Master Plan that augmented the city's modernization strategy. The project supports Odessa’s goal to modernize the facility while maintaining uninterrupted wastewater treatment and reuse service for the community and industrial customers.
