A new crawl is coming to Downtown Reno. The first Barks & Bubbles Pub Crawl is a dog-friendly cruise through the Downtown Riverwalk district this Saturday. "At some of the stops there will be human drinks, others will be dog stops, and some will have both," said Kristen Saibini with the Downtown Reno Partnership. "We just know there's so many animal loving people in our community, so we wanted to do something where people can enjoy the great weather and all the businesses along the riverwalk, and you can do it with your pup!"

Nevada Gaming Board to Not Allow Wagering at New Dave & Busters

TRUCKEE, Calif. – The Truckee Town Council met on Tuesday, May 14, to discuss the proposed housing program guidelines for the Rooted Renters Pilot Program. The Rooted Renters Pilot Program, formerly known as the Long-Term Rental Preservation Program, is designed to provide housing stability for the local workforce by utilizing existing housing stock. The program aims to secure workforce rental units at affordable prices for multiple years. Property owners are offered financial incentives to commit to renting long-term to income-qualified, local workers for at least three years and to keeping the rent below market rate.
