Rolled semi on Interstate Bridge blocks southbound lanes of I-5

UPDATE: Crews removed the rolled tractor trailer and traffic resumed around 10:15 p.m.

VANCOUVER, Wash. -- A tractor trailer has rolled over on the Interstate Bridge this evening, blocking all southbound lanes on Interstate 5.
The Washington Department of Transportation reports that traffic is backed up to Mill Plain and drivers should expect long delays. It encouraged them to use alternative routes.

It was not immediately known how long it would take for crews to remove the semi-truck and reopen the southbound lanes.
