VANCOUVER, Wash. —
The judge set bail for 21-year-old Austin Bell at $1 million in a court appearance today.

He is accused of a deadly drive-by shooting outside a Vancouver grocery store.
Bell is charged with murder and assault among other things.
28-year-old Nicholas Martinell-Sterling is also charged in this case.
The shooting happened on March 11, off East Mill Plain and Andresen.
One person died and three others were hurt in the drive-by shooting.
