A second arrest has been made in a shooting incident near a Vancouver Safeway that killed one and left three others injured.
Austin A. Bell, 21, has been arrested in association with the March 11 shooting.
The incident originally happened at a Vancouver Safeway at 6701 E Mill Plain Blvd. Vancouver Police say there was a confrontation inside, then several people were shot as they left the store.

The victims escaped into a car and started driving toward a hospital, with the suspects following behind in a different vehicle and continuing to shoot.
Henry Gonzalez, 28, died from gunshot wounds, and three other people were injured.
The first suspect, Nicholas Martinell-Sterling, 28, was arrested at a residence in the 7900 block of NE Burton Rd shortly before 3:30 a.m. on March 15.
On March 20, at around 5 a.m., Vancouver law enforcement arrested Austin A. Bell at a residence in the 10800 block of SE Stark Street.
Bell is currently held in the Multnomah County Jail awaiting extradition to Clark County to face charges of Murder I, Assault I and Drive-By Shooting.
Martinell-Sterling was in court on March 16 for a preliminary hearing on charges of murder, assault, and drive-by shooting.
