The Panorama Panther girls soccer team was competing at a shot at the State tournament last night. They were up against the Van Meter Bulldogs.

The Panthers were not only playing for a spot in the State tournament, but they were also looking for revenge. The Bulldogs were the first team to beat the Panthers back in April. The game was a defensive struggle in the first half. The game was scoreless after the first half.

However, in the second half is when points were scored. Van Meter managed to put two goals in the net. Panorama’s offense had multiple chances but couldn’t come up with any points. They would lose this one, 2-0.

Panorama ends their season after a great postseason run. They’ll end the 2023 season with a 13-5 record.  Falling just short of the State tournament
