Raymondville motorists advised to plan ahead of full freeway closure tonight

WILLACY COUNTY, Texas ( ValleyCentral ) — Motorists in Raymondville are advised to drive with caution and plan as there will be a full overnight freeway closure.

Drivers going southbound on I-69E in Raymondville during the hours of 9 p.m. Thursday to 5 a.m. Friday will be diverted off the main lanes and onto the I-69E Frontage Road.

A full freeway closure will occur between the intersection of U.S. Business 77 Frontage Road and Rains Road and State Highway 186.

Road crews will work overnight to safely replace overhead road signs.
