BtW. The only business they could possibly hurt is hotels. EVERY OTHER business benefits!! But the guest often wants a condo instead of a hotel room. It should be left up to the guest!

Stop this lunacy of govt overreach. How many MILLIONS do these STR’s create each year? They bring people into the valley & they SPEND money.Do you not all realize that most STR’s are owned by people that actually use them themselves throughout the year precluding them from being a long-term rental? What the naysayers don’t think about is how many jobs are dependent on these guests that go and stay in STR’s. It’s absolutely crazy that they can’t get this through their heads!
