Woman arrested for joyriding four-wheeler

UPSHUR COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – One woman has been arrested after joyriding a four-wheeler.

According to the Upshur County Sheriff’s Office, on Monday, August 5, 2024, at around 4:00 PM, 34-year-old Levina Norris of French Creek was arrested for joyriding after taking and failing to return a 4-wheeler from Slab Camp Road.

Lewis County Sheriff’s Deputies located Norris on the 4-wheeler and took her into custody.

In addition to the joyriding charge, Norris had an outstanding warrant for possession of a controlled substance, specifically fentanyl.

She is currently at Central Regional Jail on a $7,500 bond.
