Ohio man wins $500,000 lottery prize on his birthday

Sept. 17 (UPI) -- An Ohio man had plenty of reasons to celebrate when he won a $500,000 lottery prize while celebrating his 40th birthday.

The Ohio Lottery said the Findlay man bought a $10 Mega Multiplier scratch-off ticket from the Speedway on Tiffin Avenue in Findlay while celebrating his 40th birthday.

The ticket turned out to be a $500,000 winner.

The birthday reveler said his prize money will go toward taking a trip and making investments.
