The artwork features buttons reading "Register to vote" in English and Spanish in place of the "O"s in "Google."

Clicking on the Doodle will bring people to a page with links to websites that explain who is allowed to vote and how they can register to do so in their state.

"Today's 2024 US National Voter Registration Day Doodle leads to official resources that will help you register to vote in your state ahead of the election on Nov. 5," Google said on its website.

"Registration deadlines vary depending on where you live, so be sure to check your state's relevant dates to ensure you're ready to vote on election day."

Rise & shine! It's #NationalVoterRegistrationDay ! If you recently moved, changed your name, became a citizen, or haven't already registered to vote, today is a GREAT day to get #VoteReady .
