The Grant Union/Prairie City softball team returned to Jane Sanders Stadium with a mission, and the Prospectors are leaving as champions after beating Weston-McEwen/Griswold 10-0 in six innings on Friday afternoon.

Grant Union/Prairie City had three losses this season, only against teams from higher classifications.
