Burger King Employee Caught Using Customer's Credit Card for Food at Former Job

The Polk County Sheriff's Office has made an arrest after conducting an investigation into a case of credit card fraud involving 28-year-old Burger King employee, Kellyn Miley. The incident was discussed in detail during this morning's briefing with Sheriff Grady Judd.

According to the Sheriff's Office, Miley is accused of stealing a customer's credit card information while working at a local Burger King location.

She then allegedly used the stolen card to make purchases at Toula's, also known as John's Drive-In, in Fort Meade. Notably, Miley is also a former employee of Toula's.

"Sometimes you just can't make this stuff up," said Judd.
