Pitcher Kayla Beaver is transferring to Alabama, she announced on Sunday.
“Meet you at [Rhoads],” Beaver wrote in an Instagram post alongside photos of herself in a Crimson Tide uniform.
A graduate transfer following four seasons at Central Arkansas, Beaver is familiar with Rhoads Stadium after playing in the Tuscaloosa Regional with UCA this postseason.
During her time at UCA, Beaver posted a career 1.52 ERA and notched 514 career strikeouts in 602 innings of work in the circle. She held opponents to a .209 batting average and boasts a career record of 74-22.
