On Monday, June 5th, 2023, at 9:36 pm, a Turlock Police officer near Comfort Suites, 191 N Tully Rd, Turlock, observed a woman kicking a vehicle in the parking lot, so he attempted to get out with her.
When the woman noticed the officer, she threw miscellaneous items at his patrol vehicle and attempted to walk away. The officer was able to physically stop the woman and place her in handcuffs, at which point she became aggressive and spit on him.
The woman was identified as Breanna Mays, 29, of Winton, and was determined to be under the influence of narcotics.
Mays was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of assault and disorderly conduct.
After Mays was arrested, it was discovered that she had also kicked a second vehicle that the officer hadn’t seen.
