Teen charged after deadly crash on June 5

TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) —
One of the teens involved in the deadly car crash near 68th and Memorial on June 5, has been charged.

Jakoby Davon Lee-Golston, the one driving the stolen car, is being charged with first-degree/second-degree murder, endangering others while eluding a police officer, causing bodily harm, possession of a stolen vehicle and driving without a driver license.
At the hearing, the judge will tell the jury both charges of first-degree and second-degree murder and the decision will be up to the jury.
The two teens in the car at the time of the crash are both in custody, with one still on the run.
The owner of the stolen vehicle that was crashed, Alexis Delgado, has a GoFundMe to help cover legal fees and pay for what's left of her vehicle.
