Tulsa Co. District Attorney Files Motion To Sentence McLain High School Shooting Suspect As An Adult

The Tulsa County District Attorney has filed a motion to sentence the McLain High School shooting suspect as an adult.

Ni'avien Golden was charged with second-degree murder and assault after a deadly shooting at a high school football game last September.

Prosecutors say they have good cause to believe Golden won't complete a rehabilitation plan and would be a threat to the public.
