When police had responded to the apartment complex near 46th and Peoria for a stabbing call, EMSA and firefighters were already performing CPR on a 9-year-old boy with stab wounds.
The boy was taken to the hospital that night in critical condition and later died.
The mother told police she heard a scream and thought her son was having a nightmare, then came downstairs and found her son. Her 12-year-old daughter told her she had stabbed her brother.
Tulsa police and the District Attorney's office will not be releasing any information at this time because she is a minor.
