The Tulsa Police Department no have 16-year-old Terry Buckley and 17-year-old Treston Buckley in custody.
On June 2, around 12:30 p.m. officers were called out to a shooting near 54th street north and MLK Jr. boulevard.
When TPD arrived, they found 34-year-old Micah Goff and his 16-year-old son had been shot.
Both of the victims were rushed to the hospital, Micah Goff died at the hospital from his injuries and the 16-year-old was in critical condition.
Surveillance video showed the Buckley teenagers at the scene at the time of the shooting.
After TPD was able to interview the 16-year-old victim, detectives learned Terry and Treston Buckley planned to meet with the 16-year-old for a gun exchange with the intent of robbing the 16-year-old.
During the robbery, one or both of the Buckley teenagers opened fire, shooting both the 16-year-old and his father, then collecting the guns and left.
Both Terry and Treston Buckley are now in custody, facing charges of first-degree murder, shooting with intent to kill, and robbery with a firearm.
