Man Arrested After Allegedly Threating Driver With Knife During Road Rage Incident

Tulsa Police arrest a man they say threatened another driver with a knife during an apparent road rage incident.

The victim told officers they were sitting at a red light when Vincent Rea-Smith pulled up behind them got out of his car and started kicking their car and threatened to kill them with a hunting knife.

The victim told police Rea-Smith followed them to a restaurant, threatened them again with the knife, but eventually left.

Officers say license plate cameras tracked Rea-Smith down and officers arrested him.
