Tulsa police captain remembers responding to Saint Francis shooting

TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) —
NewsChannel 8 Sports Director TJ Eckert returned to the Memorial High School parking lot, where he spoke with families reuniting following the Saint Francis shooting last year.
