A man is unconscious after he was attacked by dogs in east Tulsa. Police said a 63-year-old man was attacked near East Admiral Place and South 177th East Avenue on Wednesday. He was taken to a hospital. The number of dogs involved is unclear. Tulsa police said the person who called 911 said they saw two pit bulls attacking the man, but EMSA reportedly noted eight dogs at the scene.
