77-Year-Old Man Found Safe After Going Missing

Tulsa Police say a 77-year-old man who went missing on Wednesday has been safely located.

Police Tesfalidet Ghiwet has been reunited with family members.

A 77-year-old man is missing from the Tulsa area and is possibly endangered, according to police.

Tesfalidet Ghiwet is a Black male, approximately 5 foot 10 inches in height and 170 pounds, police said.

He was last seen around 31st and Garnett at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, wearing a black jacket with a white striped shirt underneath, black pants, and grey tennis shoes, police said.

Ghiwet does have some health conditions that require medication, but does not currently meet the criteria for a Silver Alert, police said.
