19-year-old Sapulpa man killed in Lincoln County crash

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a pedestrian was killed in a Sunday morning crash near Chandler.

On March 19 around 2 a.m. a collision occurred on the I-44 Turner Turnpike at mile marker 162 in Lincoln County.

Troopers say a 2014 Nissan Altima was driven by a 21-year-old Enid woman and a 2011 GMC Acadia was driven by a 21-year-old Amarillo, Texas man.

Ian Spann, 19, of Sapulpa was a pedestrian in the incident and was pronounced dead at the scene due to injuries sustained.

What happened and the cause of the crash is currently under investigation.

OHP reports that both drivers were not injured.
