Residents of Three Rivers ziplined to safety during rescue

TULARE COUNTY, Calif. — Tulare County is getting a bit of outside help as they work to rescue those trapped in flooded areas due to the series of atmospheric rivers.

CalFire Water Rescue Team from Butte County assisted in a rescue in Three Rivers on South Fork Drive.

Crews can be seen setting up ropes and boats to transport some residents from their homes and across raging floodwaters.
