TULARE, Calif. (FOX26) — A woman was arrested Thursday after officials say she embezzled over $60,000 while employed at a credit union in Tulare.

According to the Department of Justice, Esther Andrade Olson, 48, is accused of stealing from multiple bank accounts during her run as branch manager in both July and August 2022.
The DOJ says one bank account owner lost $35,000 after it was allegedly stolen by Olson and she used the money to promote her TikTok account.

If convicted, the DOJ says she could face 30 years in prison as well as a $1 million fine.
